Creative Herbert OÜ processes personal data obtained directly from the person (first name, last name, email, phone number and content of the message), as well as Internet data (session data, cookies, website logs and IP addresses).

The purpose of personal data processing is to provide a service for the costumer and to ensure that the costumer can order the service directly through the website of Creative Herbert OÜ.

All personal data is collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and is not later processed in a way incompatible with those purposes. Personal data shall be kept in a form which permits identification of persons for no longer than is necessary for the purpose of processing personal data. Creative Herbert OÜ will safely destroy and/or delete any personal data that ise not retained for any purpose or has expired.

Legal requirements for retention of personal data: accounting records must be retained for 7 years (regulated by the Estonian Accounting Act).
